Dr. Spencer’s passion is to connect with her patients and to tailor individualized, evidenced based treatment plans to help them with a variety of acute and chronic health concerns. She believes in a team-based approach, which includes working with other health care providers, and empowering & educating patients to be active members in their own healthcare plan. She offers a variety of treatment options including: clinical nutrition, natural health product advice, botanical medicine, laboratory assessment, acupuncture,  naturopathic manipulation, lifestyle counselling and when required, prescription medication.
