Laura graduated from York St John University, England in 2018. Her journey in physiotherapy has spanned from Musculoskeletal outpatients to Neurological, Orthopaedics and Acute Medicine.
Since moving to Canada, she has brushed up on her First Aid and CPR skills and has been working as a Rehabilitation Assistant in Langford whilst completing the Canadian Physiotherapist licensing process.
With years of experience as a trained fitness instructor, Laura has continually explored various exercises to not only push the limits of the body but also, in her role as a Physiotherapist, implemented diverse approaches to rehabilitation.
Having also been actively involved in university rugby and netball, Laura has faced her fair share of injuries. This personal encounter not only adds depth to her understanding but also uniquely equipped Laura with an empathetic approach that resonates in her treatments.
As a lifelong learner she is aware of the ever-developing nature of physiotherapy practice and brings evidence-based rehabilitation to her clients. Person specific treatments that align with your goals and motivation to enable you a successful rehabilitation journey.
