Lea was previously a Registered Massage Therapist in Edmonton, Alberta, with accreditation
from Grant MacEwan University’s 2,200 hour Massage Therapy program. Her specialities
include knot release (trigger point treatment), hydrotherapy, hot stones and proprioceptive
neuromuscular facilitation (PNF). She has experience working with a wide range of ailments
including whiplash, scoliosis, TMJ and muscle injuries in the upper and lower body. She
believes that massage therapy is vital to helping the body recover and to help postpone further
injury and restriction of movement.
Lea’s goals are to help her clients achieve therapeutic release and relief of stress and tension;
she is passionate about massage therapy and helping others feel their absolute best.
